Then end.

When some fucked over females get uppity, you gotta put them in their place. I laughed when a head line was David Lettermen had sex with underlings....shit. The headline would be if he hadn't.

That's why these people condemning Bill Clinton for a blow job was so factious. I bet many in this set , who were so " disappointed" and trashed Bill are now vigorously defending Roman.
Perhaps Bill's crime in their eyes was Monica wasn't a drunken child when it happened.Annehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05033117202223821117noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4119943.post-17213762809503100972009-10-01T16:30:19.168-07:002009-10-01T16:30:19.168-07:00Idiocracy is a measure of distance between reality...Idiocracy is a measure of distance between reality and sanity to a reality created by mainstream thinking. Thinkers in the mainstream have social considerations, protocol, appearance of marching together and solidarity with the other fish.

For those of us who are not fish and practice fact checking and non-emotional evaluations, fish are downright idiotic. But we are individuals unorganized and different from each other.

Progressives have their own streams, but they also have protocols they adhere to and look at other progressive to keep proper alignment. The fact that progressive streams start with very pure waters matters not and the original goals of progressives is covered by a heavy make up of protocol and adherence.

At my workplace, very democratic, some call me crazy not because of bizarre antics but because I always vote in a minority of one or two.

Idiocracy is wide spread and deeply ingrained. It isn't individualistic, it's the nature of mobs.Koshem Boshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01724595772791711326noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4119943.post-69150816935967732042009-10-01T10:21:15.239-07:002009-10-01T10:21:15.239-07:00Brilliant.
The secret approval of thuggish tactic...Brilliant.

The secret approval of thuggish tactics by tribe members looks like desperate craving for power and revelry in using it.

As a member of the centroid of Obama's demographic (white boomer male college upper middle class), it was clear to me that the Netroots movement was about insecurity. It hates to be pushed around by brawny guys from Texas or Pittsburg. I'm pretty sure most had problems getting dates in high school (all you have to do is watch video from the cheeto convention), so want revenge. (Some of us who had other problems in high school, like not having enough food, took an entirely different lesson, and are driven to help people up the ladder rather than try to get even with the world).

This is as you say about style and social approval, not about politics or principle. If it were, we'd see some evidence that after Nov. 4, 2008, the "left" still cared about war, DC special interests, universal healthcare, domestic spying, unemployment, college affordability, NCLB, clean elections, social mobility....

At this point, we're left with counting the angels on the head of a pin; which side is worse, us or the GOP?Johnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13211559530513468134noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4119943.post-47540296060324109402009-10-01T06:18:45.371-07:002009-10-01T06:18:45.371-07:00Like most of your opinions, I am in agreement with...Like most of your opinions, I am in agreement with you. Intelligent commentary rarely is afforded a wide audience, which is a major problem within the entire arena of the Idiocracy. I would be interested to know what your opinion is, and other opinions, too, on what we can actually do to break the cycle of stupid.

I sometimes feel like I am really caught up in a Forrest Gump world, or maybe it's the Three Stooges. How can I escape to reality? How can the nation find a path back to sensible politics?Bob Harrisonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05242937151007030508noreply@blogger.com
